Valery Blinov was born in Moscow in 1943. In 1962 he graduated from secondary art school. In 1972 he graduated from Moscow polygraph institute (art design faculty). Since 1990 Valery Blinov has been a member of the International Artist Federation. He has taken part in exhibitions since 1977. The artist defines his art style as lyrical and grotesque. His canvases are kept in the Russian Ministry of culture and also in private collections of Russia, Europe and USA. He can be reached at 19461943@mtu.ru.
